Metal Powder Biotechnologies, the legal representative of powder metallurgy developments made by Full House
August 9, 2011

The market for metal powders is growing and today sounds strongly in Chile and the world thanks to our innovative way to generate a sustainable, high quality product.
To meet the challenge of incorporating this product into international markets, Full House has created its spin-off Metal Powder Biotechnologies (MPBT), which arises from the need to focus efforts into a new market for us, but not for the rest of the world.
We invite you to know the company and legal representation of the copper powder developed by Full House, leaders in innovation and sustainable biotechnology.

Full House’s biotechnological development of goes out to the world through the recent scientific collaboration agreement with Schering-Plough
The V Aquaculture Fair made in Puerto Montt on October 27, 2010 was the place chosen by the executive staffs of Schering-Plough, SARH Bioindustries and Full House, in order to sign a scientific collaboration agreement for products developed by Full House. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mario Reyes Salinas, CEO of Ful House, Mr. Cristino Strange of SARH Bioindustries and Mr. Hank Behrend of Schering-Plough, with their scientific and commercial managers team.
Through this way Full House is gaining ground in the world by developing its own technology. This is the case of Bioshave, another scientific achievement made by Mario Reyes and his team. This enzymatic and zootechnical additive was developed by Full House to combat parasitic Saprolegnia, and has been incorporated into the market through a spin off that becomes SARH Bioindustries.
Bioshave has all the qualities that biotech product must have, such as selectivity, efficiency, zero-traceability and environment and human health compatibility. It can combat disease caused by Oomycetes Saprolegnia sp., a microorganism responsible of big commercial losses of salmonid fish in freshwater stage. Bioshave works efficiently and without violating the international health requirements that prohibit the use of antibiotics and fungicides of teratogenic nature.
With this step Full House continues in its commitment to biotechnology.

New invention patent from Full House
October 20, 2010

Mr. Mario Reyes working at his laboratory.
Innovation and development continues in our team: Mario Reyes has made the market entry of a new patented product with bactericidal, bacteriostatic and fungicidal properties using two living species of Trichoderma, together with a hydroalcoholic extract of Rubus sp. This innovative product helps to protect plants, soil, seeds, fruits and trees against damage from insect pests and pathogens that affect the quality and health of agricultural and ornamental crops.
The commitment from Full House to the community is aimed again to the development of innovative technologies and final products through the use and application of biotechnology, allowing the production of organic and free-of-traces products, with high efficiency and environmental compatibility.

March 10, 2010

Brown Recluse spider (Loxosceles reclusa)
Full House has created a new multipurpose external use antidote for spider toxins which prevents tissue proteolysis and the spread of the poison.
The biotechnological base of this antidote includes the recognition of more than six enzymes that make up the poison of the Loxosceles species which cause the permeability of the plasmatic membrane, connective tissue degradation, protein hydrolysis and dermal necrosis.
The poison can invade blood vessels spreading to different organs and causing serious system problems that potentially can lead to kidney failure, comma, hypotension, haemolytic anaemia and liver failure which, in turn, can cause death.
Full House does a poison extraction protocol which avoids electrostimulation of the arachnid, called Voluntary Poison Extraction thanks to which the extracted aliquot is more natural and allows to create more effective antidotes.
